providing better care homes

  • What do the elderly in care and their families think? In order to provide better care in care facilities, a lot has to be done. Firstly the opinion of the elderly, their families and the staff has to be taken into priority. Their input is vital when looking into ways of providing safe and better living conditions for the elderly and vulnerable in the care homes.

  • Finding ways to improve current living conditions  and providing more leisure activities for the elderly should always be work in progress for all concerned.

CONCLUSION: Ageing is something we experience on a daily, and we should all be part of the process of finding better ways and improving care as one day if we are lucky we will all age into our 80’s and beyond. Lets think about the kind of care we would like for ourselves and our loved ones. That is what we should aspire for all currently living in care homes.
